Farm to Table Restaurant

YAY offers a Farm to Table, fusion restaurant, inspired by a passion for amazing food which is also sustainable and healthy. In the kitchen, we like to use tasty flavours from all over the world and benefit from the organic produce grown in our gardens and by local suppliers. Our menu is dynamic and responsive, allowing us to make the most of seasonal abundances and our constantly evolving gardens.

From the garden

Using the principles of Permaculture, we continuously grow and plant a great variety of vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, beans, herbs, spices and other foods which allows for sustainability, freshness, and a connection with nature in every dish we present.

From the Community

Supporting the local economy is essential at YAY and it is a value that we preserve by motivating our neighbours to grow food in a sustainable and organic way. From the neighbours surrounding us we obtain yuca, plantain, bananas, oranges and other local fruits and vegetables, honey, coffee, cacao and more.
